The Empowerment Space The Empowerment Space creates time for you and your child to address any concerns around bullying. It is a safe space for your child to learn and grow.

Author of The Empowered Child. Book available on Amazon. The program consists of 10 weekly sessions (with homework assignments in between) and then three monthly follow-up sessions. The parents and the school are engaged in the process from the beginning. The curriculum has been designed to work on specific coping skills for the client, parents, and the school. The goal is to provide a cohesive st

ructure to help reduce poor self –esteem, to add necessary support and safety for the client, and to increase positive coping skills to address bullying behaviors.
