World Childless Week 🤍

For the ones who are childless, but never wanted to be.

The ones who have watched test after test stay negative.
The ones who have spent months, years, sometimes decades waiting.
The ones navigating infertility diagnoses, treatments, procedures and appointments.
The ones who have experienced loss after loss.
The ones grieving babies they never got to bring home.
The ones whose dreams of motherhood look nothing like they once imagined.

This week is for the grief that so often goes unseen.

For the empty rooms.
The missing milestones.
The names you picked out.
The announcements you imagined making.
The life you pictured so clearly but never got to live.

Your grief is real.
Your story matters.
Your longing matters.

We see you.
We hold space for you.
And this week is for you. 🤍

So true, and important to remember that infertility impacts the whole family. Holding men in the waiting in our thoughts and prayers along with the current Dad’s this weekend. 💙🙏

To the men struggling with infertility this Father’s Day...

You are not forgotten.

There is not enough support for men on this journey, and that needs to change.

So many of you are silently struggling. Putting on a brave face while grieving on the inside. Feeling helpless, isolated, and unsure where to turn.

I know another year has passed, and you thought this day would be different. That this would finally be your time to celebrate. But instead, today hurts, and it’s okay to say that.

This kind of pain is invisible to most. But I see you.

Whether you have a baby in your arms or in your heart. Whether you are navigating infertility, loss, or a new path to parenthood. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and acknowledged on this day too.

Hopeful dad in the wait… I see you.

Today, let's remember the men who may be carrying this silently. 💙

Nobody tells you how much infertility changes you.

Not just your plans…
you.

How you think.
How you see time.
How you walk into rooms.

You start noticing things you never did before.
Pregnant bellies.
Due dates.
Kids’ birthdays.

You do the math in your head without even trying.
You wonder where you “should’ve been” by now.

You celebrate others…
while quietly grieving for yourself at the same time.

And that kind of emotional split?
It’s exhausting.

Because you’re not bitter.
You’re not jealous.

You’re just hurting.

And you’re trying to survive something people don’t always understand.

So during Infertility Awareness Week (April 19–25)
we say it out loud.

This is hard.
This is real.
And it deserves more compassion than it gets.

If you’re walking through it…
you’re allowed to feel all of it.
