🩷 This week’s Staff Shout-Out is Madison, our wonderful Office Manager!

Madison grew up watching her mom serve others through Visionary, which inspired her to bring that same love and helpfulness to the company. She keeps everything moving behind the scenes while helping our patients, employees, and families feel supported.

Fun fact: Madison purchased her first home at only 20 years old! We are so thankful to have her as part of our Visionary family! 💙🩷

Today, we’re excited to recognize Tonya, RN Supervising Nurse! With 17 years of nursing experience and 12½ years in home health, Tonya has dedicated her career to making a difference in people’s lives during some of their most difficult times.

She loves helping patients regain their strength and independence so they can remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Her experience, leadership, compassion, and love for her patients and team make her such an important part of the Visionary family!

Professional IV care and clear medication teaching—provided in the comfort of home. 🏡💗

Visionary Home Health’s skilled nurses work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacies and infusion providers to help carry out the ordered treatment plan.

Our IV services may include line assessment and management, medication administration and monitoring, sterile dressing changes, weekly laboratory draws and patient or caregiver teaching.

Our goal is to make sure patients and caregivers understand the medication schedule, equipment, safe handling procedures and signs that need to be reported.

Today, we’re celebrating Michelle, CNA! With more than 20 years in healthcare and three years in home health, Michelle has dedicated so much of her life to helping others and making a difference. Her patients become like family, and she truly has a heart for caring for those who need her.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys singing in her church choir, helping teach Sunday school, cross-stitching, and spending time with her family. We are so lucky to have her as part of our Visionary team!
