I branched out and placed Red Root Wellness products with my sweet friend and talented LMT, Stacie Widder. To make it even more meaningful, I had a therapeutic massage with her today that honestly may be what gets me through the next month. (If you know, you know 😅)

There is something really special about friendship and business coming together in a way that supports wellness, healing, and community. I’m incredibly thankful for people who believe in what I do, support this little dream of mine, and share the same heart for helping others feel their best.

Unfortunately, Meta/Facebook has flagged my page with a guideline violation and has stopped recommending my business page. The frustrating part is I haven’t been given a clear explanation or direction on how to fix it, which means my small business is reaching far fewer people right now.

As many of you know, Red Root Wellness is something I’ve poured my heart into while balancing full-time work and building a business centered around natural wellness, skincare, self-care, and products made with intention.

Hey friends ♥️

I wanted to share a quick life update. I recently injured myself while mowing, and it’s definitely slowed me down more than I expected. I’ve been off work and in and out of appointments, focusing on getting back on my feet.

If you’ve placed an order, reached out, or are waiting on something from me, I just ask for a little patience and grace right now. I’m still here, still checking messages, and still committed to each and every one of you just moving a little slower physically than usual.
