Join me on August 31st for the first session of a brand new 4-part series:
Ayurveda Through the Seasons.

We will be meeting before the major shift of each season for a 4-hour deep dive into how to keep our digestion strong— which is the absolute key to glowing skin, a happy tummy, stable energy, and steady emotions. Together, we’ll explore the dominant characteristics of the coming season, how they show up in our bodies, and how we can interject before they wreak havoc on our systems.

The Details:

* When: Four Mondays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

It also allows for those individuals who are interested in energy based healing to receive 20 minute sessions in a classroom setting.
