Congratulations, Dr. Jessica Osborn! The entire team at Roxbury Treatment Center is proud to celebrate Dr. Jessica Osborn on the extraordinary achievement of earning her PhD in Psychology from National University, with a specialization in Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders. By successfully defending her dissertation, Culturally Competent Substance Use Treatment for the LGBTQ+ Community, Dr. Osborn has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to advancing the field through research that highlights the importance of inclusive, affirming and person-centered care. Her work reflects both academic excellence and a deep dedication to improving treatment outcomes for individuals from all backgrounds.

As Roxbury’s Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), Dr. Osborn exemplifies excellence in leadership, practice and regulatory compliance. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a passionate advocate whose expertise, compassion and commitment make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients every day. We celebrated Hospital Week the Roxbury Treatment Center way, by celebrating our incredible team! We kicked things off with a much-needed caffeine boost from a special coffee truck, followed by a chance for staff to take home beautiful plants to brighten their spaces.

The celebration continued with a delicious steak and shrimp lunch, personally served by our amazing leadership team, a true show of appreciation. To close out an unforgettable week, we enjoyed a vibrant Mexican taco fiesta!
