I've noticed that one of the most common things my clients carry isn't always visible on the surface. Many don't even realize how much resentment, hurt, disappointment, anger, or grief they've been holding onto for years.
Over time, these unresolved emotions can become like knots within us—affecting not only our emotional well-being, but also how we move through life, how we feel in our bodies, and how freely our energy flows.
One of the most beautiful transformations I witness is what happens when someone begins the process of forgiveness. Not because what happened was acceptable, and not because they are excusing the behavior of others, but because they are choosing to release the burden of carrying it.
When we hold tightly to old wounds, it's as though we are using our own energy to keep those knots tied. When we forgive, we begin to untangle them. We create space for peace, clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of freedom.
Forgiveness is not always easy, and it rarely happens overnight. But each small step toward letting go is a step toward reclaiming your own energy, your own well-being, and your own inner peace.
The person who benefits most from forgiveness is often not the one being forgiven—it's the one who finally sets themselves free. 💜
