I LOVE what I do!!! Working with Nachand Trabue and The BCDC CREW! Today the Volunteers of America (VofA) joined us. I served up ALI Yoga Wellness right at the lunch table right after lunch!!!
Donna sang for us. Summer camp participants served up some Black History and Good Brothers pharmacy was also in attendance. I'm not on meds but I need to get that Citra-cal that the doctor recommended. It takes us to keep us in business so give them a call. Stop by. Keep them in business by doing business with them.

Dear friends, You're invited to a progressive seated yoga class designed to build strength in seniors ( and anybody else). In this class, we’ll explore gentle movements from a seated position that can help us improve strength, flexibility, balance, and even ease the stiffness caused by fascia. We’ll also learn how mindful movement can support our overall well-being. I hope to see you there—no prior experience needed! 1pm Thursdays $1 @ Shively City Hall ( Dixie Hwy at the Army Tank building)
