Using supportive props and long-held restorative poses, you’ll gently release tension, improve mobility, and create space for rest and renewal. Soft lighting, soothing ambiance, and mindful breathwork make this practice the perfect way to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance to both body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
