I finally finished something I've been working on for a while.

It's called The Next Step. A short guide for the moments your mind is too full to know what to do next, when you've got so many things pulling at you that you end up stuck instead of moving on any of them.

It's four steps: stop, tune into yourself, explore what is true, and pick the next step. Each one has its own worksheet and a real example from my own life, not someone else's theory.
