Losing a spouse is a uniquely difficult journey—one that can feel isolating in ways others may not fully understand. That's why we created LIFT, a community for widows and widowers to build new friendships, enjoy time together, and connect with others who truly relate to this life-changing loss.

LIFT is not a grief share group. It's a welcoming community where you can find support, laughter, and meaningful connections as you move forward.

We meet in Bossier the second Tuesday of every month at 11:30 AM, and in Shreveport the third Tuesday of every month at 11:30 AM.
