Start now preparing your body for what it needs to heal!

You will heal faster, build stronger collagen, have less swelling and discomfort if you employ Dr. Bundrick’s nutrition protocol!!

Foods to focus on! Protein, vitamin A and C, iron, high quality fats!

Foods to avoid: inflammatory oils, fried foods, MSG, excess salt.

If you don’t know where to start, down load a food tracking app like and start tracking what you’re eating and we can discuss at your appointment how you can change your diet to optimize healing!

We’re gonna be looking super hot coming into the New Year around here!!!

Benefits of CO2 laser: reduce fine lines and wrinkles, collagen production, acne scar reduction; surgical scar improvement.

Downtime varies based on intensity! Typically 2-3days at lighter level. 7-10days at heavier level.

Lighter level only requires topical numbing cream. Medication prescribed at heavier levels to help with discomfort!

Post treatment care includes dilute vinegar soaks and crisco!

Avoid topical retinols and certain medications for 2 weeks before. Avoid accutane for 6months before a laser.

I’m pretty proud of this crafty project!!!

She wanted a “tree house” not a doll house to play with… 🙃 Couldn’t find anything on the internet that met the description and if Amazon doesn’t have it, I’m sure Santa doesn’t either! 🤪

So we made one!!! Mostly made from recycled materials! An old pot, cardboard boxes, tin foil, paper towels and Elmer’s glue! It only took us 2 Christmas movies to finish it!
