Welcome to YFF Kristy Kristy Fuller Hathorn !!! We are so excited to have Kristy and Bubbles and Sage collaborate in the healing village sponsored Bloom Yoga Shreveport on Saturday September 26 at 11:15am nestled in the pine trees at Fox Creek Farms. This yoga class will be gentle and restorative led by healing sound bowls. For Kristy, yoga is more than a physical practice; it’s a path to peace and stillness. She believes yoga is for every body and every age, and her classes are designed to encourage self-awareness, compassion, and mindful presence.
