Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. We honored Elvis’ legacy with music that never gets old and treats that hit all the right notes! 🎶🍦

A huge thank you to Terry Tisdale with Lifepath Hospice for providing delicious ice cream floats and to Richard Cook for bringing “Elvis” in the building! Our residents absolutely adored him, and the dining room was filled with smiles and applause as he serenaded our residents. ❤️🎤 It was an unforgettable afternoon of music, memories and fun!

We gathered together for a beautiful memorial service to honor and remember the residents we were privileged to care for at Garden Park. While they are deeply missed, we are grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their lives and to celebrate the memories they leave behind.
