The Shreveport Farmers Market starts this weekend!

OPENING WEEKEND IS UPON US! We're kicking off the 2026 Shreveport Farmers Market, sponsored by Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, with live music from the legendary Monty Russell and a special Homemade Pop-Tarts cooking demo with the sponsor that will take place all morning. Open from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM in Festival Plaza (101 Crockett Street). Its our time to gather for the freshest Saturday scene around!

I have been gravitating back to the way I used to do things a lot lately. Wanting to take a step back and reclaim my time and self care a bit more. To enjoy the process like I used to when it was all new to me. And I am trying to figure out how to inject my business with that energy once again, now that I am fortunate enough to have a working small business based on all the things I started long ago in my tiny New York City kitchen.
