Beautiful Buff Bride-to-Be Spotlight 💕

In January Gillian started her Buff Bride-to-Be Boot Camp — and she nailed it. Over 6️⃣ months she committed fully, showing relentless discipline and heart: early-morning training sessions, plenty of eye rolls, and me being the “positive bully” to push her — but I couldn’t be prouder. She tackled tough workouts, followed the meal plan, and trusted the process every step of the way. The results speak for themselves — over 20 pounds lost and 20+ inches gone all over.

On July 16th, our workout class was the perfect blend of fitness and self-care. Attendees enjoyed an energizing session while connecting with our providers to kickstart their facial treatments!

Hey everyone!

I’ve got to share how Pilates Project has completely changed my fitness routine! If you want to see me struggle, just watch me tackle Classical Pilates!

The instructors push me, and every bit of effort is paying off. When I started, I thought I could just power through everything. Now I’m realizing how important control and small movements really are.

Like these 2 movements, Pull up on the Wunda Chair and Table on the Wunda Chair are both very humbling because they demand core strength, hip/glute control, and shoulder stability — plus good balance and coordination.

Pilates has improved my strength training and helped my running. Balancing 20+ miles a week with heavy lifting isn’t easy, but Pilates gives me better core control, stability, mobility, smoother movement, faster recovery, and more body awareness.

Strength training is the heart of everything I do — the foundation of my physical and mental fitness as a trainer and studio owner. It’s not just lifting weights; it’s how I build resilience, confidence, and clarity. I practice what I preach every day because pushing my limits reveals what we’re truly capable of.

My weekly routine:
- 3 full‑body strength sessions — my core practice.
- 1 Pilates class The Pilates Project — for core control and mobility.
- 1 hot yoga session MonmouthFlow | Yoga + Wellness to sweat out stress and restore focus.
- 3 long runs — mental clarity and endurance.
- Daily walks — quick resets to recharge.

I follow a protein‑rich diet and stay disciplined. I’m 28 months sober, and that clarity has transformed my approach to wellness. I’ve made sacrifices to prioritize my health because I believe in the process and the results of hard work.
