The 3am wake-up. The sudden wave of heat. The exhaustion that doesn’t make sense until you realize you haven’t slept through the night in months.
This is one of the most common and least talked about combos in perimenopause and menopause.

Trikonasana looks deceptively simple but the details matter more than you think.
Most students either collapse the chest forward, let the hips drift out of alignment, or lock the front knee without realizing it. Over time, those small habits create tension instead of space.
Here's what to focus on instead:

✦ Hips stacked and stable

✦ Chest open, not caving forward

✦ Front knee soft, never locked

✦ Spine long from tailbone to crown
Alignment isn't about being perfect. It's about building a practice that actually feels good in your body now and years from now.
