Today, Avera and Avera Health Plans launched a new patient portal known as Avera MyChart as the system converts to a new electronic health record. Current patients and new patients will need to create a new account on or after May 30 at Avera.org/MyChart. With the new portal, patients can:

✅ Schedule primary care appointments.
✅ Connect with providers with virtual visits.
✅ Manage care for family members.
✅ ...and more!

Dr. Kelsey Lee has announced her departure from Avera Medical Group in Sibley, with her final day of practice scheduled for July 1.

During her time at AMG Sibley, Dr. Lee made a lasting impact by providing compassionate care and building meaningful relationships throughout the Sibley community.
