Today, Osceola Regional Health Center and Avera Medical Group Sibley launched a new patient portal, known as Avera MyChart. Starting today, all patients will need to create a new account at Avera.org/AveraMyChart.

With the new portal, patients can:
✅ Schedule primary care appointments.
✅ Connect with providers with virtual visits.
✅ Manage care for family members.
✅ ...and more!

Avera Medical Group Sibley and Osceola Regional Health Center have been diligently preparing for an exciting transition to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience: MyChart by Epic.

MyChart is a secure online health connection where patients can see their medications, test results, visit history, upcoming appointments, medical bills and more... all in one place. MyChart will replace AveraChart and the MHealth app for patients.
