I hope to not sound like a broken record, but the importance of sunglasses really should not be ignored, ESPECIALLY in the summer.

Protection from UV rays is crucial in maintaining good eye health. Not only are they helpful for comfort on a bright sunny day, they also protect your eyes from irreversible damage.

Protecting your eyes and surrounding skin from sun damage can save you from diagnoses like skin cancer, growths on the eye known as 'surfer's eye' and damage to your macula and retina.

Remember to look for sunglasses that are labeled 100% UV protection or UV400, ensuring they protect from UVA and UVB rays. We are always here to answer any questions as well.
