This month, we are welcoming Dr. Matthew Biwer to our provider team!

Dr. Biwer brings 18 years of experience in optometry, with expertise in dry eye treatment and ocular disease management. He and Dr. O'Brien were classmates together at Pacific University College of Optometry, and he grew up in North Dakota.
