Back-to-school season looks a little different when you’re Dr. Kate by day and Mom x3 always. 💚📚

Brooks is heading into 5th grade, Tripp into 3rd, and Asher into 1st. Which means backpacks are packed, summer is officially over, and the morning chaos is back in full swing! 😂

At HealthQuest, we spend our days helping families feel and function their best, but today we’re celebrating three of our favorite little people as they head back to the classroom. ❤️

Wishing all of our HealthQuest families, teachers, staff, and students a happy, healthy, and amazing school year!

And to all the parents who survived summer break… we did it. 😂🙌

Our kids are heading back to school soon! Whether they are doing "two a day" practices or just carrying a backpack, we can get them "adjusted" for the school year ahead.

We offer chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, wave therapy, dry needling as well as carry Powerstep orthotic inserts and a variety of supplements to help from head to toe.

🇺🇸 HealthQuest will be closed on Memorial Day as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

This Memorial Day weekend, we’re spending our time at the ballfield cheering on Brooks at his baseball tournament and soaking up all the memories that come with a busy weekend of baseball. ⚾❤️🤍💙

With the wildfire in Morrill County currently at 0% containment, we want to support the firefighters working around the clock to protect our communities.

HealthQuest is offering FREE chiropractic adjustments to ACTIVE firefighters working the Morrill County wildfire.

Wildfire work is extremely hard on the body, and we want to help keep those on the front lines moving and feeling their best.

• Active wildfire firefighters only
• No cost adjustment
• Available until the fire is officially contained

🏀🔴 Good luck to the Sidney Lady Raiders at State this weekend! 🔴🏀

All of Sidney is proud of the grit, teamwork, and dedication it took to earn this opportunity. It’s been fun watching this group compete all season, and we’ll be cheering you on as you represent our community on the biggest stage.

Our family has several small connections to this team, including Lilee, who is also Asher’s babysitter. He made her a good-luck sign for the team’s send-off at school this week, so you can bet we’ll have a very excited fan watching this weekend!

Good luck at State, Raiders. The whole Sidney community is behind you! ❤️🖤
