Navigating the ALTCS Medicaid process can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to figure out long-term care for yourself or a loved one. At Life Care Center of Sierra Vista, we accept ALTCS pending cases on a case-by-case basis for long-term care. If you or someone you know may need long-term care but isn't sure how to get started with ALTCS process, please reach out! 🤝

🏡 This milestone would not have been possible without the amazing support of our partners, our community, our patients, and their families. We are so grateful for the trust, friendships, and connections that have been built over the past 4 decades. A special thank you to Shiloh Christian Ministries for joining us, sharing the good news, and blessing us with beautiful music. Your presence brought so much joy and meaning to our celebration. 🤍
