It's a wrap! Thank you to the teachers and students that traveled near and far. I would call our first ever Day of Giving a GREAT success. I will be posting a video of the donations that were made. Our little Sangha (songa = yoga community) is truly AMAZING!

Now to get it boxed back up and get home to bed because we have classes tomorrow still.

Wow! We haven't even officially started. These donations are just from my neighbor Diane, Raphael of Choson Martial Arts, LLC and the 6 six packs of Raman donated by Maruchan.

This is going to be awesome!

IT'S ON Sierra Vista! Our Day of Giving and Wellness starts TODAY 9A. Come on in, take a class or two or ALL of them! The cost for each class is a donation of ONLY 5 non-parishable food items - which will be given to Peaches Pantry. Let's gets some peace on a help feed food insecure children in our area. 🩵

Don't let a FULL parking lot scare you, park around back. Come on in!

It's not to late a few spots are still open for this Saturday's Sound Bath. Book NOW.
