In April 2000, Paul Pedersen and Edward Van Horne founded Arizona Ambulance of Douglas Inc. The operation was started to transport patients from the Southeastern Arizona Medical Center (SAMC) to Bisbee, Sierra Vista and Tucson. nce have been added. In July 2007, Arizona Ambulance Transport became the primary 9-1-1 and non-emergency provider for the Fort Huachuca military installation in Sierra Vista. Arizona Ambulance Transport was founded not to be all things to all people; rather we focus on areas the company can excel by providing a high quality long-distance ambulance transport service dedicated to specific hospitals and communities. Clinical training day for Arizona Ambulance.

Our teams received updates to our airway guidelines, practiced critical skills, and our ALS providers learned advanced concepts related to transporting vented patients. That training directly translates to better care for our community.
