This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare leadership, medical office operations, patient care coordination, and team support. The Medical Office Manager will help oversee daily office operations, support our providers and staff, and help create a smooth, professional experience for our patients.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, patient-focused, and comfortable leading in a busy medical setting.

Position Details:
✅ Full-time, in-office position in Sierra Vista, AZ
✅ Monday through Friday; occasional evenings/weekends for events or meetings
