Saturday 6/6 at 8:30 am - FREE Saturday Summer Yoga at the Sierra Vista Library. This year classes are EVERY SATURDAY and being sponsored by MY YOGA Community Center and our instructor team.

Sunday 6/7 at 10:30 am - Bone Dry Beer Yoga at BoneDry Taphouse. Only $10 for a beer and yoga with your beer yoga besties. Doors open at 10am.

What an amazing time at the very first Boozy Yoga hosted by The Onyx Grounds in Sierra Vista. We had a lot of fun during our movement practice, a few spills, and non-stop laughs. If you’re looking for an evening event for yourself or your friends group, try this out every third Thursday of the month at the Onyx Grounds.

The semi-glamorous life of a yoga teacher and studio owner. Sure there are some days I support others in cracking their hearts open and weeping through a healing moment or breakthrough.

And some days I’m taking a break on the studio floor after tying up more aerial hammocks than I can carry at once and before I fold a brazillion mat cleaning towels while I watch a YouTube Ashtanga class to amuse myself with confusing cues like “pull your thighs back.”

I love my life. I love yoga. I love this space. MY YOGA Community Center

Yesterday I had the incredible honor of recognizing seven amazing people at the completion of their 200 hour yoga teacher training. Over the course of the year, I have spent my time creating curriculum and as the lead trainer for this incredible group who trusted me to pilot a YTT course for them. It has taken much of my creative energy to show up for them but every single one of them matched my energy with their commitment and dedication to learning the practice of teaching yoga.

I am honored to welcome them to a profession that I care so much about, and even more delighted to have created some deep connections and friendships with them on our journey together. I cannot wait to see how they each change the world for the better as they teach yoga!
