𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗗𝗢, has taken a fairly colorful path to the position of medicine that he holds today. Before enter

ing college, he was an accomplished metal fabricator, mechanic and volunteer paramedic. He attended Loras College in Dubuque Iowa for his undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry . He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines and completed his Family Practice residency at Trinity Health in Davenport Iowa. Dr. Frost holds a position as an affiliate professor at Des Moines University and for the past 17 years has trained third and fourth year medical students. He comes to Keokuk County Hospital and Clinics with 22 years of experience. In addition to working in the emergency room, Dr. Frost will also practice rural family medicine at the Hedrick clinic and osteopathy at the Sigourney Medical Clinic. He prefers to take a wholistic approach with his patients and believes that exercise and good nutrition play a vital role in your health. He believes good nutrition in conjunction with osteopathic adjustments can help diminish pain, improve your immune system and ultimately help you achieve your goals to optimize your health.


𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗻𝘆𝗮 𝗥𝗮j𝗲, 𝗠𝗗, Board-Certified MD Family Medicine (USA), Board-Certified MD Integrative Medicine (USA), MD Dermatology (India)

Dr. Pradnya Raje is a board-certified family practice physician and board-certified integrative medicine physician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through a whole-person approach. She combines the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based advanced integrative therapies, including nutrition, lifestyle strategies, hormonal health, and mind-body medicine. Dr. Raje brings over 20 years of clinical experience, with special interests in women’s health, hormone balance, ADHD care, metabolic health, and Ayurveda. With her diverse areas of training, she has mastered the art of creating personalized care plans that support physical health while fostering emotional well-being, helping patients cultivate peace, love, and harmony in their families and relationships. Her approach focuses on empowering patients to live with energy, clarity, and joy while minimizing the need for long-term medications. Outside of medicine, Dr. Raje enjoys reading on diverse topics, including sustainable farming practices and native plants. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, drawing, painting, listening to music, and spending time with her daughters. She is passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships that support wellness at every stage of life.


𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗸𝘆, 𝗣𝗔-𝗖, graduated from the University of Miami in 2002 and completed his trauma fellowship at Emanuel Lewis Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Over the past seventeen years he has provided Emergency Medicine at various locations including the Great River Medical Center and Mercy in Iowa City. Jason is a Civilian Medical Officer for DOD/DOS co-located at Embassies, consulates and Forward Operating bases since 2011.

𝗣𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗿𝘆, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣, 𝗙𝗡𝗣-𝗖 Pam began her career in healthcare as a RN a little over 30 years ago. During the course of her RN career the majority of the time was spent as a home health nurse. “It’s from home health that my desire to become a nurse practitioner really started.” She completed her Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2005 through University of Phoenix and her Family Nurse Practitioner through Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville in December of 2010. She began practicing as a family nurse practitioner in early 2011 and has been working in rural health ever since. Pam is from the Midwest, having lived in Illinois for most of her life, and her husband is from Southeast Iowa. So, coming to Sigourney was “perfect for my family.” When not working, Pam enjoys taking road trips, reading and spending time with her husband, son and extended family. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages but her passion is for those patients with chronic health issues. At her last position, she practiced primary family care and worked alongside a Pulmonologist, gaining training and knowledge in Pulmonology. Here she will continue to provide family medical care for all ages, including women’s health, and treatment of chronic conditions. Pam has a caring and compassionate nature, preferring to take a holistic approach to medicine, where patients are an active participant in their own health care. “I believe all patients are equal and deserve the same attention and quality of care. I will work with you no matter what stage of health or life you are in.”

𝗠𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended Mercy College of Health Sciences and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working for a few years as and RN she then went and got her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. McKenna’s profession background includes working as a mother baby nurse, pediatric nurse, dialysis nurse, and clinic nurse in her years as an RN. Her experience as an ARNP has been all pediatrics. She enjoys working with children and focusing on their health and wellbeing. Outside of work McKenna enjoys spending time with her family. They love to spend time with family and friends. You can often find them at the lake or on the farm. McKenna has a passion for children and ensuring all of their health care needs are met. She will do annual well child visits, sick visits and more!


𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿

𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣 has joined our KCHC team at the Hedrick Clinic. She will be offering Family Practice and Acute Care services. Amanda graduated from Indian Hills Community College in 2008 with her RN. She furthered her education attending Chamberlain College of Nursing online and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2019 then achieved a master’s degree in 2021. Amanda has over 17 years of healthcare experience in family practice, women’s health and occupational health. She lives on a farm in southeast Iowa with her husband, Hayden, and children, Kaelyn, Kohen and Kerrigan. They have an English Shepard, Brooks, and a few farm cats. In her spare time she enjoys helping on the farm, camping, boating, fishing, hunting, and traveling.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗯, 𝗗𝗢, was born and raised here in Iowa. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated medical school from Des Moines University. She completed residency at Iowa Lutheran Family Medicine Residency in Des Moines. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and has experience in emergency room and inpatient care, outpatient medicine and newborn nursery. Her professional interests include pediatrics, women’s health and dermatology. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Medicine, and the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗗𝗡𝗣, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣, 𝗣𝗠𝗛𝗡𝗣-𝗕𝗖,is accepting new patients for mental health services all across the lifespan. She completed her undergraduate education in nursing at St. Ambrose University in Davenport. From there she worked as a Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit nurse at UIHC for six years. She graduated from the Doctor of Nursing Program at the University of Iowa in 2022. Mariah will be a familiar face to many as she has done 2 clinical rotations at the Sigourney Medical Clinic.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗦𝗡, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣-𝗕𝗖, provides behavioral health services for the Keokuk County Health Center. Her undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with an emphasis in Genetics from the University of Northern Iowa in 1996 and nursing education from both Indian Hills and Kirkwood community colleges in 1998. Her graduate studies were completed at the University of Iowa for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in 2004. She is board certificated in Child and Adolescent, Family and Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health nursing. Stefanie’s 20+ years of work experiences are very diverse and include working as a r**e advocate, nurse, and advance practice psychiatric emergency nurse. She has worked with adolescents, adults and veterans.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗪𝗶𝘁𝘁, 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗪, has been a therapist and counselor for twenty years and has worked in many areas in her career. She has worked as a liaison for hospitals and clinics, worked with teens in the school setting and helped develop a restorative justice program for juvenile court services. Marcy works with young teens through end of life clients, helping them face challenges and stressors in their lives. She believes each individual has the answers they seek within themselves but need assistance opening up to those possibilities. She uses CBT, EMDR, solution focused, and strength-based strategies to accomplish goals that the client has for their relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.

𝗔𝗺𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘅, 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗪, is a licensed independent social worker with 13+ years of experience working with children and families in the school and clinical settings. Amy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Human Relations from the University of Iowa and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa. Amy provides an individualized, strengths-based, collaborative, treatment approach.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀

𝗗𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 | 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗼, 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗣, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree and Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Graceland University. She completed a comprehensive dermatology fellowship under Charles Love, M.D. from Iowa Dermatology in West Des Moines, IA. offered include Botox, Chemical Peels, Eczema, Hair Loss, Hyperhidrosis (excess sweating), Irregular Pigmentation, Microdermabrasion, Micro-needling, Rashes, Psoriasis, Rosacea, Skin Cancer Checks. Spider Veins, Warts and Moles.

𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝘆 | 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗗𝗣𝗠, graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College Of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. Dr. Fridinger has more than 25 years of diverse experiences, especially in podiatry.

𝗢𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘀 | 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗗, attended the University of Iowa, earning his Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology. He continued his education at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine completing his medical degree with a Research Distinction. He completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Nicholson’ joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, rehabilitation and sports medicine.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 | 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗸𝗶, 𝗗𝗢, Cardiology Medical Director at Mahaska Health, leads the Iowa Center of Excellence in Cardiology at Mahaska Health. He is board-certified and fellowship-trained by the Cardiovascular Disease Board and has earned certifications in Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Vascular Ultrasound interpretation, and Angiography. Dr. John Pargulski has been providing Cardiology care to his patients for over 20 years and is Mahaska Health’s expert in non-invasive cardiology care, putting each patient’s heart health at the top of his priority.
