🩷A heartfelt reminder: YOU are capable of greatness!
In last night's yoga class, I received a card that truly touched my soul! It was filled with gratitude and kindness & the most beautiful reminder of why I do what I do!
💌One part especially stood out:
"Before coming to your yoga sessions, I always assumed I didn't possess the ability or patience to practice yoga. But because of you, I now feel capable of trying difficult poses while remembering to be kind to myself."
🩷 Reading these words touched my heart, but more than anything, it reminded me how often we underestimate ourselves. How often we assume we're not 'good enough' to pursue a dream, try something new, or take that next step. 🙋♀️Myself included!
⭐ If you're reading this and feel stuck or unsure, let this be your sign to GO FOR IT. The things that feel impossible today could become your greatest joy tomorrow! Whether it's trying a yoga class, starting a new career, or chasing a lifelong dream - YOU. ARE. CAPABLE!
🧘♀️I started teaching yoga because I wanted to give back to the community. I wanted to share a practice that has helped me so much in my personal life. I wanted to share what I've learned. But, what I didn't expect was how much my students would inspire and heal me in return! To those who trust me with your practice - thank you for showing up for yourselves! You are proof that transformation happens when we believe in ourselves, even just a little.
So, here's my encouragement to YOU:
✨ Take up space! You are so WORTHY of taking up space.
✨ Try your best
✨ Believe in yourself - because you are already enough, just as you are!
⭐Your dreams are worth it! YOU are worth it! You never know the positive impact you will have in the lives of others by being you and following your dreams. You owe it to yourself. The world needs you and your gift.
✨ When you shine your light, you give permission for others to do the same! So keep shining, baby! I believe in you!
