Happy Back-to-School Day, Grant County! ✨
A new school year is full of fresh beginnings for us all!

As routines settle back in, we hope you’ll remember to care for yourself too. Whether you have an hour between drop-off and pickup or just need a moment to recharge, Lotus Center offers a welcoming space to slow down, move your body and breathe deeply.

When we care for ourselves, we show up with more patience, presence, and joy for the people who need us most.

We’re also excited to see our Yoga in Public Schools students again! We can’t wait to share another season of mindful movement and tools that help children build confidence, focus, and emotional well-being.

Sometimes Ecstatic Dance is called “dance church” Not because of religion, but because of how it feels.

It’s a place to return to each week. A place to be fully yourself. To gather in community. To release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with what matters most.

At Lotus Center, Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement meditation. There are no steps to memorize, no performances to perfect, and no expectations to meet. Just the freedom to express yourself exactly as you are.

Some people sway. Some stretch. Some laugh. Some cry. Some dance with abandon, while others close their eyes and simply breathe.

Whatever your movement looks like, it belongs here 🪷
