I normally don’t share much about what exactly is going on in my life, but now I’m in need of community and realize it’s ok to reach out and ask for help. I’m so used to helping people, that it’s strange for me to ask.

I want to thank Olivia MacMillan co-owner of STROB Apothecary for starting a Go Fund Me for my cats and I, as the house I stay in caught on fire. This was my partners childhood home. I also want to thank Kristen Joye Raughley for sharing this and offering some options, too.

I am always to trying to do some kind of Reiki video and there are always some kind of distraction or interruption. Today, you will se. all forms including myself getting lost in the sauce as they say.

I love sharing Reiki and talking about it. It has brought me closer to my faith, and it has allowed me to meet all different kinds of people that exist in this world. But sometimes I forget to promote self care. And I’ve been going through a lot. And remembered, hey, let’s do some self reiki.

Reiki, Cats, Aromatherapy, Tea, and Practice! So happy to have taught Reiki to my student, and to have my cats there. They are Reiki Cats lol. Had a great time and my mom came for my student to practice!

28 Days of Reiki is finally posted on YouTube! All 28 days!

This was a personal healing journey for myself that I wanted to share with my viewers and other Reiki practitioners who may want to go through this healing journey as well.

Structured off of the Moon Cycle, this journey covers forming a foundation, activating our potentiality, integration of what we’ve been working on, and finally deep rest. Starting with the New Moon, moving to the Full Moon, and ending on the Dark Moon.

Each body part, organ, and cell will receive reiki. Our chakras, our emotional body, as well as our mind and auric field will receive reiki.

28 days. There will be a Body focus, Moon focus, Reiki focus, Fun Reiki Fact, and a Mantra on each day.

Watch as many times as you want. Just know you aren’t alone in the journey. I’m going through it with you. I am vulnerable too, trying to return myself back to balance.
