• Ways to reduce repetitive strain risk
• Common musculoskeletal concerns for interpreters, including carpal tunnel and neck discomfort
• Basic stretches and wellness tips

So proud to share this exciting accomplishment from our very own Swanie McIntosh-Lily! 🎨💙 Three of Swanie’s beautiful watercolor pieces — “Broken,” “Operating Room,” and “Without Us” — were selected for Eyes & Hands: Celebrating Frederick’s Deaf HeART at Artspiration Frederick.

The exhibition celebrates Deaf, HoH, and CODA artists and their culture, visual language, and creativity.
