Craft hour made its return this week, and we spent the afternoon creating sun catchers.

From choosing colors to piecing everything together, it was a relaxed and creative way to spend time the afternoon.

Last Saturday marked our 18th Annual Car Show at Encore Communities, and it was one to remember.

Classic cars filled the campus while guests enjoyed live music right here at Country Meadows and lunch from our kitchen. This year also brought a special addition, an antique fire engine on display for the first time.

Country Meadows residents spent the afternoon at Elandan Gardens in Bremerton.

A waterfront walk surrounded by bonsai trees, ponds, waterfalls, and sculptures right along Puget Sound. Some of the trees in that collection are over a thousand years old, which made for some pretty great conversation along the way.

There are not many places quite like the Bloedel Reserve and our residents got to experience it this week.

An afternoon surrounded by stunning scenery was exactly the kind of outing that reminds you how beautiful the Pacific Northwest really is. Fresh air, great company, and a gorgeous backdrop.

Planting season has officially arrived at Country Meadows.

Last week our maintenance team and volunteers came together to help residents refresh their pots with the plants they picked out for the season. A small gesture that means a whole lot.
