A powerful partnership for mentally resilient schools begins today! đź’śđź’›

We proudly welcome 245 SDO Benguet teachers as they begin their onboarding for the THOUGHT Mental Health Coach and First Responder Certification.

This milestone is made possible through the strong partnership of the Schools Division Office of Benguet, led by Dr. Carmel F. Meris, and the Provincial Government of Benguet, under the leadership of Governor Melchor Diclas, MD.

Together, we are equipping teachers to become compassionate and capable anchors—ready to listen, respond, and support the mental health and well-being of learners across Benguet.

The Emotional Reset Center is opening a new Baguio-based cohort for our 4-Week US-Certified Mental Health Coaching Course.

This program is designed to help prepare individuals with practical, responsible, and evidence-informed skills to support others within their appropriate role.

And for this cohort, we are looking beyond training.

We are also looking for individuals who may have the potential to grow and eventually serve with the Emotional Reset Center.
