Full time at $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience
Free Supervision + Hours working towards Licensure

MCS Counseling partners with Kitsap Rescue Mission and is looking to hire a compassionate Therapist to work directly with unhoused individuals in Port Orchard. This is a meaningful opportunity to support some of our community’s most underserved residents while building your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
In this role, you can provide:
🎨 Art Therapy
🤝 Group Therapy
💛 Individual Therapy

Required masters degree in counseling or social work
Licensed in Washington state with LMHCA, LCISWA, or LMFTA
