Small Town Pediatrics has learned of further decreases in access to medical care for kids in Silverton. Small Town Pediatrics opened in Silverton in 2021 to continue access in Silverton to medical care focused on infants, children and teens. We have remained committed to providing high quality medical care to your kids, close to your home. With the community’s on-going support, we will be here for a long time.

In fact, we are growing. Dr. Mark (Mark E. Helm MD, FAAP) continues to lead Small Town Pediatrics with over 25 years of pediatric experience. Valarie Mill DNP, FNP-C joined our team in mid 2025 and our families love her.

We provide exceptional, experienced pediatric care for kids in Silverton. Small Town Pediatrics has also grown our expert team serving Polk County, in our Independence office.
