Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🌿✨

Freshly whipped shea body butter is giving clouds, frosting and pure softness—but please don’t taste it! 😂

Whipping helps transform rich shea butter and nourishing oils into a lighter, fluffier texture that spreads more easily across the skin. It is especially lovely after a shower, when applied to slightly damp skin to help seal in moisture.

And yes…that mixer paddle understood the assignment! 🤍

Are you team light-and-fluffy body butter or rich-and-dense body butter? Tell me in the comments!

Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🍎🥕🥦

You do not always need a complicated routine to care for your fresh produce. Here is a simple **3-ingredient fruit and veggie rinse** you can make at home:

🥣 4 cups cool water
🤍 ¼ cup white vinegar
🍋 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Combine the ingredients in a clean bowl. Add firm fruits or vegetables, gently swish for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly under clean running water and dry with a clean towel.

For delicate berries and leafy greens, use a shorter soak and handle them gently to help protect their texture.

Prefer the convenience of a ready-to-use, professionally formulated option? The Victoria Naturals Fruit & Veggie Wash is available on our website at victorianaturals.com 🌿

Always rinse produce thoroughly under clean running water after using any homemade mixture. Do not use soap, bleach or household cleaning products on food.

Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🌿✨

Let’s talk texture! This is what I look for in a turmeric sugar scrub: rich, scoopable and gently grainy—moist enough to glide across damp skin without becoming overly oily or runny.

The sugar provides the exfoliating texture, while the oils help the scrub spread smoothly. And that beautiful golden color? That’s the turmeric making its entrance! 💛

Use a small amount on damp skin, massage gently in circular motions, then rinse well. Because turmeric may temporarily stain light-colored towels, clothing or surfaces, I recommend using a dark towel and rinsing your shower or tub afterward.

Would you prefer your sugar scrub thick and fluffy or soft and extra oily?

Turmeric may stain skin, fabrics and surfaces. Take care when using oil-based scrubs because they may make the tub or shower slippery.

Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🌿🦶🏽✨

Sunday called—and apparently, our feet need a little vacation too! 😊

Here’s a simple Relaxing Sunday Herbal Foot Soak you can make at home:

Mix together:

1 cup Epsom salt

½ cup Dead Sea salt

½ cup pink Himalayan salt

¼ cup baking soda

1 tablespoon dried lavender buds

1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 tablespoon dried rose petals

6–8 drops lavender essential oil

Mix the essential oil thoroughly into the salts first, then gently fold in the dried herbs and flowers.

Add about ⅓–½ cup to a basin of comfortably warm water, soak your feet for 15–20 minutes, breathe deeply and let Sunday slow down a little. 🌸

Helpful tip: Place the dried botanicals inside a small muslin bag or reusable tea infuser to keep cleanup easy and prevent them from going down the drain.

Disclaimer: This recipe is shared for general educational and self-care purposes only. Patch-test ingredients before use, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Essential oils may cause sensitivity, and salts can make the basin or floor slippery. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, allergies or an existing foot or skin condition.

Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🌿✨

A new helper has officially joined the Victoria Naturals workspace! I unboxed my new stand mixer and, of course, the first test had to be a batch of body butter. 😊

Watching the butters and oils transform into that light, fluffy texture was so satisfying! Good equipment does not replace careful formulation, but it can make the mixing process smoother, more consistent and much easier on the hands.

I’m excited to use this mixer for more behind-the-scenes demonstrations and educational body-care content. Would you like to see the full body-butter process from melting to whipping and packaging?

Stop using any product that causes irritation and consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding allergies, sensitivities or ongoing skin concerns.

Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🍎🥕🥦

Today, I’m showing the Victoria Naturals Fruit & Veggie Wash in action! A thoughtful produce-cleaning routine can help remove visible dirt and surface residue before fruits and vegetables reach your plate.

Prefer a simple homemade option? Try this 3-ingredient produce rinse:

🥣 4 cups cool water
🤍 ¼ cup white vinegar
🍋 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Combine everything in a clean bowl. Add firm fruits or vegetables, gently swish for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly under clean running water and dry with a clean towel.

For delicate berries and leafy greens, avoid prolonged soaking because it may affect their texture. Wash them gently shortly before eating.

Disclaimer: This homemade rinse is shared for general educational purposes only. It is not a disinfectant and cannot guarantee the removal of bacteria, pesticides or other contaminants. The FDA recommends thoroughly rinsing produce under plain running water and does not recommend using soap or detergent. Always rinse produce well after using any homemade mixture. Hello, Intentional Wellness Family! 🌿☀️

Today, I’m sharing a traditional solar herbal-infusion method—letting thoroughly dried herbs, carrier oils, gentle warmth and time work together.

A good oil infusion begins with careful preparation:
🌿 Use completely dried herbs
🌿 Keep jars and utensils clean and dry
🌿 Make sure the herbs remain fully covered with oil
🌿 Check regularly for moisture, unusual odor or visible spoilage
🌿 Strain carefully and store the finished oil away from heat and direct light

I love how the clear jars allow us to watch the herbs slowly release their natural color into the oils. Patience is truly part of the process! Which infusion would you like me to explain first? 😊

Patch-test finished topical infusions before use, discontinue if irritation occurs, and consult a qualified professional regarding allergies, sensitive skin, pregnancy or medical concerns.
