Join me Mondays from 6–7pm at the Penn State Berks Labyrinth Garden for an outdoor yoga flow designed to help you move, breathe, and reset in the fresh air.

This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for those new to yoga, as well as anyone looking to slow down and enjoy some time outdoors.

Menopause is wild.

One minute you’re freezing, the next you’re sweating like a rotisserie chicken at Giant. 🥵❄️ You walk into a room and forget why you’re there. You lose your glasses while wearing them. You cry because someone looked at you weird… then flip out because they breathed too loud. 😭🤬 And don’t even get me started on the sleep situation. Whoever said “hot flashes build character” clearly never woke up at 3AM looking like they ran a marathon in fleece pajamas.
