Caring for someone with memory loss or dementia can feel overwhelming — 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗳é offers a welcoming space for caregivers and their loved ones to find support and connection. Caregivers meet with a social worker in a supportive group setting. If they would like to attend, individuals living with dementia or memory loss engage in meaningful activities — from arts & crafts and music to movement and reminiscing — all guided by trained staff.

We enjoyed a beautiful Garden Party last week! It was a wonderful afternoon filled with delicious snacks, great company, and plenty of time admiring the gorgeous flowers. 💐

Nancy’s compassion and commitment to caring for others have made a meaningful impact on so many patients and families over the years. We are deeply grateful for all she has contributed.
