Quitting or giving up is the easy way out and doesn't empower the opportunity to move for your highest and best good.

You are called to self reflection as you discern what areas you need to explore and learn more about in order to keep rising.

It is a great day to add a new or expanded practice to your routine as your body, mind, an soul are primed for learning.

Find an interesting book, class, or continue that course you once signed up for.

In metamorphosis, we are truly on a journey to find and love ourselves.

We acknowledge that we aren't the best stewards of our time, space, and energy.

We already know, and don't need to be reminded, that we neglect our earthly vessel, talk poorly of our own selves, and prioritize the world and its people before anything to do with us.

We are our own biggest critic, stop ourselves with pessimisim before we even start anew, and don't always see our existence with the best of intent.

If we were our own life partner and separation was a viable option, we would have more than likely left our own selves, terminated the relationship many moons ago, and perhaps, not thought twice about it.

This idea of feeling better about and even proud of who we see in the mirror, who speaks on our behalf, and has the capacity to take necessary action sounds great.

Yet, when push comes to shove, we fall back into the conditioned pattern that we have been sustaining ourselves with.

Perhaps, we don't know what self-love looks like or how to begin again with better intentions.

Maybe, we didn't have the best examples and have enabled ourselves to be once removed from all that the Universe empowers us to use to level up.

We may not believe we are worthy of anything else or struggle to understand how shifting now would create a change in the trajectory.

Yet, the Source reminds us that we are created in its image and it doesn't make junk.

We need to honor the divine within and begin again in our relationship with light and love.

As we begin to love ourselves, we free ourselves of anything not good for our health-food, people, things, situations and anything that drew us down and away from ourselves.

It is a natural shift written into the divine plan that ignites a new beginning.

Reiki is a great way to start.

Today brings in the guides and angels and they are here just in time.

It is game time and blessing and releasing is your top agenda item.

All this stuff that you have accumulated physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally needs some serious time, space, energy, and attention.

Moving the piles or pretending it doesn't exist does not diminish the weight it is holding you back with.

To move forward, you have to let go.

If it isn't necessary, it isn't going to support a new reality that is for your highest and best good.

You will be filled with optimism as you push up your sleeves and begin again.

This is the end of a chapter and you can't wait to move forward.

Use divine momentum to set your intentions for rising above all that is not yours to keep anymore.

One of the most challenging parts about a spiritual awakening is coming home to ourselves.

This level of true self is not the shape-shifting one that we have become accustomed to or the assimilation into what we think others would prefer to see.

This is the painful unwinding of everything we covered our true selves with to protect the divine persona within.

If we look back at this earthly timeline, since the beginning, observing like a fly on the wall, we see the minor and major edits being made by external forces even before we were born.

As thoughts and intentions become words, and those can manifest themselves into reality, the cue cards and stage directions started to arrive before we even left from our carrier's earthly body.

Think about the external energy from statements like "I hope it is a boy" to "I never wanted this to happen" to "It better not be like the last one" coming in our direction.

Then, when we arrived into the haphazard rules of the broken nest, which seemed to shift like the wind and vary from person to person.

We attempted to consistently fall in line, bury the parts of us that thought otherwise, and forever change how we approached this world.

Our direction to society was "Tell us who you want and that is what we can become" as we applied for jobs, entered into partnerships, and created circles of friendship.

We had so many versions of ourselves that we often struggled to keep them all straight.

The unhealed ego and darkness partnered to diminish and bury what once began and never had truly came into greatness.

Years of adjusting and minimizing became decades, and now, we look in the mirror and wonder who in the world is looking back at us.

We have moved so far away from our original design that we struggle to even recognize the authentic self.

Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day.

It's about a choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. Then choice ro let our true self be seen.

For our highest and best good, through transformation, the Universe invites us to resurrect that divine prototype that was created in Source's image and begin again.

Gradually, through learning, healing, and growing, we let go of everything humans wanted us to be and become more comfortable in our own self.

It is a beautiful day when we don't have to choose a mask and costume appropriate for the occasion.
