✏️🍎 Back-to-school season is almost here! 🍎✏️

A new school year brings excitement, but it can also bring stress and anxiety—for students and parents. New routines, new teachers, busy schedules, and changing expectations can feel overwhelming.

A few simple ways to make the transition easier:

✅ Re-establish healthy sleep routines before school starts.
✅ Talk openly about worries or concerns.
✅ Watch for changes in mood, sleep, or eating habits.
✅ Make time for fun, relaxation, and family connection.

Remember, it's okay to ask for help if stress starts to feel like too much. Taking care of mental health is just as important as checking off the school supply list.

🩷 Thank you for a fabulous evening!

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for this year’s Boots, Bling & Big Dreams (hosted by Rosecrance Jackson Centers). It was an evening filled with connection, awareness, and a shared commitment to supporting the women and children taking courageous steps toward long-term recovery.

A special thank you to our wonderful hostess, Sundae Haggerty, for graciously opening her beautiful venue and creating such a warm, welcoming space for our event. We’re also incredibly thankful to our Women & Children’s Center staff for spending the evening with us and sharing the life changing work they do every day!

We’d also like to recognize our amazing Women & Children’s Auxiliary. Their compassion, generosity, and volunteer service help create meaningful experiences and provide extra support for the women and children we serve. Their commitment plays an important role in helping families feel seen, supported, and encouraged throughout their recovery journey.

If you weren’t able to attend, there’s still time to make an impact! You can still support our Blessing Bundle project by donating household items or making a monetary gift. More information is included in the attached flyer.

Interested in getting involved year round? We’re also sharing information about the Rosecrance Jackson Centers Women & Children’s Auxiliary. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give back, connect with other women in the community, and make a difference, we’d love to have you join us. Learn more in the attached flyer.

Thank you for believing in hope, healing, and second chances. 🩷

💛 Yesterday, our team had the opportunity to support Play Yellow, benefiting St. Luke's Children's Miracle Network.

Let’s just say our bright orange polos made sure nobody had to ask, “Where’s the Rosecrance team?” 🧡😄

Every dollar raised stays local, helping provide critical care and support for kids right here in our community.

We were proud to stand alongside so many partners who made that possible.

July 10th was Chronic Disease Awareness Day.

Substance use disorders are chronic. This means the disease requires long-term, ongoing management—like diabetes or hypertension—rather than, or in addition to, acute treatment. Substance use disorders are marked by potential for relapses and require longitudinal care, including medication, behavioral therapy, and social support.

Take the first step towards managing this chronic disease today and contact Rosecrance Jackson Centers for treatment assistance.
