Lexi recently earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Dakota and is 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 here at Impact PT.

Originally from Yankton, South Dakota, Lexi's journey into physical therapy started from the other side of the treatment table.

After experiencing physical therapy as a patient herself, she saw firsthand how the right therapist can do so much more than help someone recover from an injury. We're excited to officially introduce 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗧, 𝗗𝗣𝗧, 𝗖𝗟𝗧! 🎉

Megan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University and has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 as a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗖𝗟𝗧).

A Siouxland local, Megan loves spending time with her family whenever she gets the chance. ❤️

Fun fact: Megan knew from a very young age that she wanted to work in healthcare. Sunday visits to see her great-grandpa in the nursing home often turned into visits with all the residents, sparking a lifelong passion for helping others. It wasn't until her senior year at Central College that she discovered physical therapy—and she's never looked back!

What Megan loves most about physical therapy is that it allows her to providing 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 that helps people regain confidence, improve function, and get back to doing what they love.

Meet 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆, one of our awesome Physical Therapy Techs this summer! 🎉

Elias is heading into his third year at 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 and plans to attend physical therapy school after graduation. This summer, he's soaking up everything he can about the PT profession while helping our patients and supporting our clinical team every day.
