Ashley is our 1st place InBody Challenge winner in female division!🎉

Ashley has been coming in weekly for some time now and is one of the most consistent with making progress. 🤩
She has been very dedicated to making changes and it has been a pleasure to watch her achieve them! 💪

In fact, both her and her husband Brian (who placed 5th in the Men’s category!) have done a great job!😍

In February we partnered with Feeding South Dakota to help transform our community. 💪 For each pound of fat burned and muscle gained, we donated a dollar to Feeding South Dakota!

This is Mike🤩 and he placed 3rd 🥉 in the mens division! We are so proud of Mike and his hard work and dedication to reach his goals. 💪Glad we were able to see his progress these past couple months. 😁
