Attention parent caregivers! We are offering a 12 week support group. This group is intended to to be offered in specific locations throughout the state so that relevant local resources can be shared. This is a closed group with limited seats, but will be offered multiple times. The group covers education, coping skills, real life practice, as well as crisis planning and support.

Pen Pal opportunity for SD residents who are 18 and older. To begin you just need to write a letter that includes your hobbies and other fun things you'd like to share about yourself. You will be matched with someone who has shared interests and hobbies. Letters are sent to Linking The Gap Counseling agency where all letters are screened for safety. Letters are then sent out from LTG to participants. Addresses are never shared to protect safety of everyone involved. Please consider sending a letter in for a unique connection opportunity! Linking the Gap will be facilitating a new open counseling group for adults (18+) focused on mindful technology use, emotional regulation, and stress management.

Balanced Living in a Digital World is a relaxed, therapy-based group where adults can explore how screens impact their mood, focus, relationships, and overall well-being. Sessions include mindfulness, reflection, and meaningful conversation — no long-term commitment required. Members can attend any week that fits their schedule.
