We are always looking for ways to continue learning and bring new techniques into the care we provide at Harvey Family Chiropractic. Yesterday, Molly and Dr. Pam participated in a hot bamboo training to expand our approach to muscle recovery and relaxation.

Hot bamboo is a unique therapy that uses warmed bamboo tools to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. It’s a great option for anyone dealing with tight muscles or everyday stress.
