Here’s a typical visit as an in-home pelvic PT:

I have a big backpack with a table in one arm, and if you’re pregnant, then I likely have a pregnancy pillow in the other arm. 💪🏼

I set up the table in a spot that has space that you feel comfortable. Sometimes it’s the living room or a bedroom, and I’ve even set up in the backyard a few times. ☀️

The best part about being in your home for PT is that if you want to preheat your oven and throw supper in, you can do that. You can grab snacks for the kids, or you can stop to nurse your baby.

I have everything I need when I arrive. Resistance bands, cups and lotion for cupping, tape, massage tools, toys for kids…you name it, I have it.

We will talk through your history. We will talk through what YOUR goals are and how we can accomplish them together. I’ll do my assessment and give you direction of exactly what to do to start making progress toward your goals. ⭐️

When we’re done, I clean everything up. I get it all loaded up in the car and drive to the next mama or kiddo! 🚙

No packing up all snacks, coordinating feedings, worrying the impact of nap time, finding a babysitter, waiting in the waiting room. I come to you, it’s as easy as that! 🙌🏻

Part 2 of why I use physiotherapy ⬇️

Because it’s more than exercises.
It’s hands-on.
It’s individualized.
It’s treatment, not just movement.

In many countries around the world, physiotherapy is a manual-based profession, meaning hands-on assessment and treatment are foundational, not optional.

Soft tissue work.
Joint and pelvic mobility.
Nervous system regulation.
Then intentional movement to support REAL change.

That’s the model I believe in. That’s the model I practice.

Exercise is powerful but it’s not the whole picture. And your body deserves more than a one-size-fits-all handout.

This is why Fearless Physiotherapy is different. 🙌🏻

In many parts of the world, women’s health and perinatal care are prioritized, not rushed, minimized, or brushed off.

Pelvic health support during pregnancy?
Standard.
Postpartum rehab?
Expected.
Hands-on care and education?
Valued.

Women aren’t told “that’s the way it is. That’s very common.”
They’re supported through pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

That model makes sense to me.
And it’s the one I choose to mirror.

Because pregnancy isn’t something to “get through.”
Postpartum isn’t something to “bounce back from.”
And women deserve care that reflects the magnitude of what their bodies are doing.

This is why I practice the way I do.
This is why I use physiotherapy.
This is why I advocate for better care now, not later and not dismissed all together.

Get scheduled today! I look forward to working with you.

Hey parents! 📢
Don’t wait another school year hoping bowel and bladder challenges will just “work themselves out.”

Let’s use this summer to get ahead of it so your child can walk into school this fall feeling confident, comfortable, and in control.

The two most common things I treat in kids are stool withholding and constipation -and they are so much more common (and treatable 🙌🏻) than most families realize.

And the best part? I come to you! Working in your child’s own environment helps them feel safe, relaxed, and more open to learning new habits.

You don’t have to keep navigating this alone. Let’s set your child up for a smoother, more confident school year!

Concerns or challenges with bladder and bowel habits with your child? I’d love to help!

GIVEAWAY TIME!
Miss Hannah Violet, my firstborn, would be turning 5 on April 10th 🤍

Hannah is the reason behind everything I do. She’s the heart of Fearless, and her middle name is where the purple comes from. Even though her time here was far too short, her impact continues to reach farther than I ever imagined.

To honor and celebrate her beautiful life, I’m gifting something special—A MANICURE FOR YOU & YOUR DAUGHTER! ☺️

To enter:
• Follow
• Like this post
• Comment your daughter’s name (if you’re a boy mom, comment with a niece or friend’s child you plan to take!)

The winner will be randomly selected on April 10th. 🎉

Thank you for helping me continue to share her light! 💜

Building your birth team isn’t extra… it’s essential.

Pregnancy isn’t meant to be navigated alone, and the right support can completely change how you experience birth and postpartum.

✨ Your care team matters:
• An OB provider (OB or midwife) you trust—who listens, explains your options, and never dismisses your concerns
• A doula to support you and your family (birth AND postpartum support both matter more than most people realize)
• A lactation consultant—because trying to figure out feeding at 2am, exhausted and overwhelmed, is not when you want to start Googling. I never realized until after my 1st, how beneficial a visit is BEFORE baby is here.
• A Webster-certified chiropractor to help your body and your pelvis as baby grows.
• An OB certified physical therapist (hi! 🙋🏼‍♀️) to prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor, and body for birth and recovery. I could talk for hours on why I should be part of your birth team. 😉

Here’s the thing:
We prepare nurseries, registries, and hospital bags… but forget to build the team that actually carries us through it.

You deserve providers who hear you.
You deserve support before you’re struggling.
You deserve to feel confident going into birth, not just hopeful.

Start building your team early. Your future self (and your postpartum self) will thank you!

If you’re local and don’t know where to start, I’m always happy to help you connect the dots. I make it a priority to connect with birth workers to have resources for my patients. 💜
