Jenny is an irreplaceable member of our Bethany Home Brandon team! Her dedication and commitment to Bethany, her residents, and her coworkers is obvious and unmatched given her tenure and the care she delivers to our residents. She wears many hats! She is a leader on the floor and holds her coworkers accountable to Bethany standards. She is also a trainer for our Train the Trainer program and is responsible for training new team members! If you don’t see Jenny right away in the morning, you can certainly hear her and her contagious laugh throughout whatever neighborhood she is assigned to work for the day. Aside from being an excellent caregiver to her residents and helpful coworker, Jenny also takes her job of keeping her residents safe very seriously. Recently, there was an incident where fire alarms were activated, and Jenny wasted no time in assuring proper protocol was followed to keep her residents and coworkers safe. Whether she is helping residents with crafts or baking on Maple Valley or lending a listening ear to her residents on Cottonwood Court, Jenny upholds the core values of Bethany in her day-to-day work. We are thankful to have Jenny as a part of our team!
