Huge news for South Dakota! 🚨 Our very own Erica Arends is running for a national Board of Trustees spot with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)! 🥳
Erica does incredible work as a CMA over at Avera Medical Group and as our immediate past state president! We couldn't be prouder to see her taking her talents to the national stage.
The big vote is happening at the AAMA House of Delegates in Reno, Nevada on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. There are so many great candidates in the running, but she definitely has our vote! 🗳️✨
Let's show her some massive love and support from home! ❤️ SDSMA members, let's get ready to back her in September!
