JUNE 15-21, 2026: ACHES AND PAINS FORECAST

The biggest concern this week appears to be Wednesday as a fairly significant drop in atmospheric pressure combines with increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms. That's when weather-sensitive individuals may be most likely to notice increased symptoms.

Overall, this does not look like an extreme week. Most of the forecast period falls into the moderate impact category, with conditions improving again later in the week and into the weekend.

ARTHRITIS / GENERAL ACHES AND PAINS

Arthritis and general aches may be most noticeable Tuesday and especially Wednesday as pressure falls ahead of a midweek weather system. Conditions should gradually improve Thursday, with lower impact expected by the weekend.

SINUS PRESSURE

Sinus pressure concerns appear relatively low through Tuesday. Some people may notice increased sinus discomfort Wednesday into Thursday as showers and thunderstorms move through the region. Conditions improve again heading into Friday and the weekend.

MIGRAINES

Migraine risk appears relatively low throughout the week. However, individuals who are particularly sensitive to changes in atmospheric pressure may notice symptoms increase around the Wednesday storm system.

FIBROMYALGIA

Some people living with fibromyalgia report increased discomfort during periods of rapidly changing weather. If you're sensitive to pressure changes, Wednesday and early Thursday may be the most troublesome period this week, with improvement expected later in the forecast period.

As always, this forecast is based on expected weather conditions and common reports from weather-sensitive individuals. Not everyone is affected the same way.

It’s easier to maintain than it is to fix. It also tends to be cheaper to maintain than to fix. Think about your car. It’s easier and cheaper to do routine oil changes than to fix the engine should a problem arise due to poor oil quality (or quantity). Your body is no different.
