Oh my lanta it’s been a while since we’ve had an order! School is in session so bi weekly orders will go back to being a regular thing you can count on! We soaked up every minute of summer we could and it was so nice to just focus on the only summer I’ll get with my son while he’s 6 🥺 anyone else a nutcase who thinks about seasons as being the only time you’ll experience it with your kids exactly how they are now?! No? Just me? Wouldn’t doubt that 🫣😂

Home visits! 🏠

Sometimes, getting to the office isn’t easy—and we get it. 

Sam offers home visits in the Sioux Falls area for just an extra $50 per visit.

Great for: 
- Sick visits when leaving home is difficult
- Families with little ones
- Older adults
- Patients with mobility challenges
- When you simply need convenient care

DPC Members: $0 Acute Visit + $50 Home Visit Fee = $50 

Non-members: $125 Acute Visit + $50 Home Visit Fee = $175
